Interior of the Home
A place for everything. From the large bonus room above the garage to the little details that matter, like a walk-in kitchen panty, this home has a place for all of your important things. When you step into the home you immediately notice the natural light. Skylights, clerestory windows, large picture windows and vaulted ceilings make sure that all available sunlight finds its way inside.
The main floor offers comfortable living space with a formal living room, dining room, kitchen/family room and just seven steps up from the family room you’ll find the large bonus room. Also, on the main floor is the master suite. The master suite, family room and bonus room all open onto the back deck. The open, central kitchen and family room is a great gathering space. You can prepare meals with a view of the Sound and still be connected to what is happening in the family room, dining room, back deck or front porch.
Upstairs you’ll find three large rooms and a full bathroom. Two of the rooms are bedrooms, one is a guest room or office (no closet). All three rooms have striking vaulted ceilings and great views of the grounds or even the Sound. The rooms are generously sized, there is plenty of room for two twin beds or a queen. Also upstairs, but on the other side of the house is the large bonus room (up from family room).
The bonus room would make a great media space, playroom, office or second family room. An added feature is the quaint Dutch-Door that takes you out to the back deck.
